Designed by Dylan Freeth, 2015

Designed in 2015 by Dylan Freeth, the MARINO CHAIR is a refined statement piece with a poised, warming presence that is conducive to both modern and classic interiors.

The MARINO CHAIR features a deep, reclined backrest, softly-curved to allow users to sink into its plush seat cushion and relax. Trademark crafted details such as turned wood spindles and graceful, bow-shaped armrests lend a subtle yet defined air of timelessness to the chair’s otherwise sleek and contemporary form.

Manufactured in solid ash, the MARINO CHAIR is offered in nine bespoke finishes, including a soothing natural finish and the new MODERN TONES series by Christian Møller Andersen. The chair is also available in a variety of harmonious textiles and colour-palettes.

Product Description

Inspired by L.Ercolani’s classic blend of elegance and refinement, the MARINO COLLECTION exudes the timeless appeal of Lucian Eroclani’s early designs. Designer, Dylan Freeth draws on his deep understanding of craftsmanship and materiality to create subtle, sophisticated furnishings that inspire contentment and focus. With references to L.Ercolani’s portfolio of design classics, the MARINO COLLECTION is a harmonious merger of old and new, blending tradition and innovation in an appealing, highly-cohesive aesthetic language.

Designed in 2015, the MARINO CHAIR is a refined statement piece with a poised, warming presence that is conducive to both modern and classic interiors. A striking display of authentic furniture-making, the fluid, carved details of the MARINO CHAIR can only be produced using traditional steam-bending techniques. This, coupled with Freeth’s thoughtful, detail-intensive approach to the design process help set the MARINO CHAIR apart from the rest.

Whether the intention is to stand out or blend in, the MARINO CHAIR provides an ergonomic, understated seat that is perfect for reading, working or unwinding in a wide array of contemporary environments.

Manufactured in solid ash, the MARINO CHAIR is offered in nine bespoke finishes, including a soothing natural finish and the new, bold MODERN TONES series by Christian Møller Andersen. The chair is also available in a variety of harmonious textiles and colour-palettes.
